General terms - Refund

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.
By making a payment for any service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below

All services offered — including live readings, written readings, chakra healings, cord cutting rituals, and other spiritual services — are prepaid and non-refundable.
No cancellations or refunds will be provided once a booking or payment has been confirmed.
In the event of an emergency, the reader/healer reserves the right to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient time.
No-shows without prior intimation (at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Services once availed or initiated cannot be exchanged, transferred, or cancelled unless explicitly stated in the specific service terms.
All services are intended for spiritual guidance and energy work only and are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

All products such as oils, bath salts, and other energy-based items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personal, energetic, and hygienic nature.
Once a product is sold and dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
Each product is hand-prepared, energy-cleansed, and packed with care before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or leaked during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of: The damaged item, The outer packaging and The shipping label
After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability and at our sole discretion.

If your payment has been deducted but your booking or order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your transaction reference number.
In the event of duplicate payments, we will process a refund after verification with our payment gateway provider.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

There are no exceptions to this refund or return policy, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
