By booking any service or purchasing any product through this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

We offer live readings, written readings, and energy rituals (chakra healing). Each service follows its own schedule and format as mentioned on the respective service page.

All services and products are 100% prepaid.
Time slots are confirmed only after payment (energy exchange) is received.

Prices listed are valid for clients in India only. International clients will be charged separately in USD, as rates differ.

Live readings are conducted via online video call.
Each session includes a limited number of questions or duration as stated on the service page.
No recordings (video or audio) are allowed during the session.
In case of an emergency, the reader may reschedule the session.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the session will be marked completed — no reschedule or refund will be provided.
For packages (e.g., 3×30 mins, 3×60 mins), validity and rescheduling terms are mentioned per package.

Written readings are not live sessions and will be delivered in PDF format within 4–5 days of booking.
These are structured readings following a predefined format.
No birth date or birth time is required.
No cancellations or refunds are accepted once booked.

Rituals are performed offline within 2–3 days of booking.
A flame interpretation report will be shared within 5 days after the ritual.
Rituals are energy work and not a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice.
A 48–72 hour downtime is recommended after the ritual due to potential emotional or energetic release.
Repetition of the ritual may be suggested only if absolutely necessary.
No refunds or cancellations apply to any ritual service.

All services and products are non-refundable.
Cancellations are not accepted once a booking or purchase is confirmed.
In case of emergencies, the reader may reschedule the session at their discretion.

Rescheduling is permitted only once, and must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed with no reschedule or refund.
